Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of purchase. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Credit card purchases will be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs.

Please allow standard banking processing times for the refund to reflect in your account.

If your return is rejected, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
